During the Christmas break I reached out to some of Kanye West and Jay-z's people to see if I could get a placement on "Watch The Throne." I had an incredible dream but i'll keep that between the people who were in it for now. To make a long story short I was told NO, but a little later I was connected with a guy named Lil Derek aka D-Tox. So during a lot of the Christmas break I was working with D-TOX, RAT, Cat, and L-REAL. In the process of working on a mixtape called "Take It In The Face." I put verses to five joints. D-Tox aka Lil Derek reminds me of Dr. Dre so much that I felt like "It was him" the first time I met him along with rat. "I thought rat was 9th Wonder" and ya'll know I know 9th on some real life shit. :) D-Tox kept accidentally cutting himself the first day I met him. I was like, "Can I get a hot tub!" (#Allstate Insurance) I even saw and put on "The Michael Jackson glove" and hat and was doing the MJ in the studio... Dancing, singing... the whole 9 yards. It was like magic! I even got down on my knees and started praying and thanking God for the opportunity to work with these gentlemen. I felt like it had something to do with illuminati spirits entering my realm. (Im on Pills) But yeah... There were so many inspirational things in Ms. Gloria's house, I felt bad for walking around the house taking pictures of everything. :) By the end of the night I had a burgundy sweater wrapped around my head like a turbine feeling at peace with everything that happened that night. Shout out to Mr. Mark Allen for calling me to come to the studio that day. Im not even going to go into the night I went to "The Moose Lodge."
Ok Im going in.... I went to a Washington High School basketball game. It was Washington vs. The Eagles. That was crazy in itself speaking of the fact that my college mascot is the Eagle anyway. My little cousin Lindsay told me about a party at the Moose Lodge so I went! Shout out to DJ Supreme who kicked me out of the party... (Sarcastic smirk) Him and his host kicked me out of the party for trying to get on the mic that night! I was feeling myself I can't lie but I had reason to. (Trust Me) I honestly think it was a test from Play. Like why did he have on the Batman shirt on? That touched home for me because that is what Play from Kid N' Play called me. Shout out to Prince B who I treated like Bow Wow that night. lol I was connecting "spirits" that night like crazy. I thought I saw Corey Gunz that night. (YMCM) I left the party and started singing to the moon. Shout out to another TQ member Chris Cuffey. He can tell you the whole story. I saw The #LTTP (The Last Train To Paris) that night too! I should have wrote this the night of because now the parts are all scattered but yeah... : ) All I can say is I was way past paranoid, it was like Bloods against the crips, against the Military. It was deep. But yo!!!! I plan on dropping something from the mixtape on Thursday to coincide with #CollegeNight #IAMLOVE #THESOULStice. We have some big surprises to come in the near future so tune in to the real.
